Who we are

Elevate REIOS is an internal real estate investment operating system operated by Lean Engineering. This policy explains what data the platform holds, why it holds it, and how long it keeps it.

Data we collect

• Account data. Your name, email address and the role an administrator grants you. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes by our authentication provider.
• Property and lead data. Addresses, owner names, phone numbers, motivation notes, comparable sales and offer figures that you or your imports add.
• Communication records. Summaries and transcripts of AI or manual calls, texts and emails logged against a lead, plus messages sent to cash buyers.
• Operational logs. AI agent usage counts, system alerts, task activity and timestamps used to run capacity limits and deadline escalation.

How we use it

Data is used only to operate the platform for your organization: qualifying sellers, valuing properties, preparing offers and documents, coordinating transactions and matching contracts to buyers. We do not sell your data or share lead lists with other customers.

Where it lives

Records are stored in a managed Postgres database with row-level security, so every read and write is checked against your account and role. Uploaded documents live in access-controlled storage. Outbound email is delivered through our email provider.

AI processing

Deal briefs, outreach drafts and buyer-match rankings are generated by third-party AI models. Only the property and deal details needed for that output are sent, and outputs are always presented for human review before anything is sent or signed.

Retention and deletion

Records are retained while your organization keeps its account, because acquisition and disposition activity has legal and accounting significance. An administrator can remove leads, buyers, documents and users at any time. To request full deletion of an account and its data, contact us at the address below.

Your choices

You can view and correct your own account details on the My Account page, and ask an administrator to change or revoke your role. Property owners and buyers who want their information removed from our records can contact us and we will delete it unless we are required to retain it for a transaction already in progress.
