Terms of Service

Accounts and access

Access to Elevate REIOS is granted by an administrator. New sign-ups have no access to business data until a role is assigned. You are responsible for keeping your credentials private and for all activity under your account, and you must tell an administrator immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable use

• Do not import lead lists you do not have the right to use.
• Do not use the platform to contact anyone who has asked not to be contacted.
• Do not attempt to bypass role restrictions or access another organization's records.
• Do not use the platform for any unlawful purpose or unlicensed activity.

Outreach compliance is yours

Calls, texts and emails initiated through the platform are made on your behalf. You are solely responsible for complying with telemarketing, do-not-call, consent, recording and anti-spam laws in every market you operate in, and for honoring opt-out requests.

AI outputs are decision support, not advice

Estimated after-repair values, repair budgets, offer structures, buyer rankings, deal briefs and generated documents are automated estimates produced from the data available. They are not appraisals, legal advice, tax advice or a guarantee of any outcome. Every offer, contract and disposition decision must be reviewed and approved by a qualified human before use. Have generated agreements reviewed by your attorney.

Capacity limits

AI outreach agents are provisioned to process up to 25,000 records per billing month. Once that limit is reached, outreach processing is paused for the remainder of the cycle until capacity resets or additional capacity is provisioned.

Your data

You keep ownership of the lead, buyer and transaction records you put into the platform. We process them only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability and changes

The service is provided on an as-is basis without warranties of any kind. We may update features, and we may change these terms; material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lean Engineering is not liable for lost profits, lost deals, or indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including decisions made in reliance on automated estimates.

Termination

An administrator may revoke your access at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
